Nitron elec-TRON RoadSport Coilover Kit – BMW F87 M2 / M2 Competition
Nitron elec-TRON RoadSport for BMW F87 M2 / M2 Competition is the road-focused electronic option in the Nitron range. A proportional solenoid valve on each damper controls damping in real time, with independent control at each wheel.
The valve operates across a 300–1800 mA range with a 6–8 millisecond full soft-to-full hard response time. The system can react to inputs including G-load, vehicle speed, road surface and driver inputs.

Why Swift Performance?
Swift Performance works directly with Nitron as a BMW development partner. Nitron's standalone F87 elec-TRON control system was developed and tested using our own F87 M2, giving us first-hand experience of the dampers, controller, installation and commissioning on this platform.
We can confirm the correct control hardware and final specification before the system is built, supply it for delivery, or install and commission it in-house with ride-height setup, four-wheel alignment and an appropriate baseline setup.
Frequently asked questions
How does elec-TRON control damping?
A proportional solenoid valve on each damper controls damping electronically at each wheel.
What does the system respond to?
The system can respond to inputs including G-force, vehicle speed, road surface and driver inputs.
Can Swift Performance fit and commission the system?
Yes. We can install the suspension and electronic control hardware, then complete the ride-height and alignment setup.
