Our Story

Founded in 2021, Swift Performance was built by enthusiasts, for enthusiasts. After working together for 14 years at a respected BMW specialist, Russ and Tim took the leap to create a garage where passion meets precision — with a clear focus on BMW M cars and the work that truly improves how they drive. We specialise in:

Many of the cars we look after are used regularly on track as well as the road. Our goal is always the same — to make sure everything is fitted, set up, and working exactly as it should. Swift Performance was built for people who want their cars looked after properly, by a team that understands the platform and takes pride in doing things right.

At Swift Performance, our team is the heart of everything we do. Each technician brings years of experience, a sharp eye for detail, and a genuine passion for performance vehicles. Whether it’s in the workshop or at the track, we work together to deliver the results your car deserves.

Russell

Co-Founder / Lead Technician

Russell began his career in the BMW dealer network before co-founding DMWorx in 2004. After 17 years, he followed his passion and co-launched Swift Performance in 2021. A perfectionist in the workshop and a regular at the track, Russ lives and breathes performance engineering.

Tim

Co-Founder / Senior Technician

Tim’s journey began as a customer at DMWorx before joining the team in 2005. After over a decade of hands-on experience, he moved on to manage a Japanese performance workshop, before teaming up with Russell to create Swift Performance. His technical depth and customer-first mindset are core to the business.

Fabian

Senior Technician

Fabian brings a sharp eye for detail and a strong passion for motorsport-inspired builds. Whether it’s fitting high-performance upgrades or prepping a track car, his work reflects the high standards Swift Performance is known for.

Fraser

Business Manager

Fraser joined the team in 2025, taking over operations to ensure every customer experience is seamless from booking to build completion. With a background in business and a love for performance vehicles, Fraser bridges the gap between the garage floor and customer service.

Our Purpose

We started Swift Performance because we wanted to build cars the right way — with proper parts, real attention to detail, and no shortcuts.

This isn’t about volume or quick turnarounds. It’s about doing work we’re proud of, for people who care about their cars as much as we do.

We focus on performance because that’s what we’re into — track prep, handling, reliability under pressure. We’re an authorised Team Schirmer installer, and we work closely with brands we trust to make sure every build holds up where it matters.

Whether it’s a weekend toy, a track tool, or your daily driver, our goal is the same: to make it drive better than it did when it came in.

Our Mission & Vision

Coffee's mission is to offer love and hope to those in need through funds from a great cup of coffee. We want to inspire and educate our coffee lovers in ways that enhance their experience with us and encourage them to be an outlet of hope for others. 

We want to create a coffee culture that is built around quality, sociability, and affordability so that everyone can enjoy our product and share in our outreach. Our goal is to continue to grow our business in ways that will allow us to give more, this will include things like scholarships for local graduating seniors, food programs, and much more! We have BIG plans for coffee and appreciate you joining us on this journey!
