Swift Performance – Exclusive Track Day

Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to the Swift Performance Exclusive Track Day held at Bedford Autodrome on 03 March 2026, operated in conjunction with MSV Trackdays (MSVT). By booking and/or attending this event, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. Event Overview

  • Event Date: 03/03/2026
  • Event Format: Open pit lane
  • Organiser: Swift Performance
  • Venue Operator: MSV / MSV Trackdays

This is a private, customer-focused track day organised by Swift Performance.

2. Ticket Prices

  • Vehicle Entry: £240 per vehicle
  • Additional Driver: £30 per additional driver (same vehicle)
  • Passenger: £10 per passenger (maximum one passenger per vehicle)
  • Garage / Trade Ticket: £40

All tickets are sold on a first come, first served basis and are subject to availability.

3. Eligibility & Participation

  • All drivers and passengers must be 18 years of age or older.
  • All drivers must hold a full UK driving licence.
  • This is an open pit lane event with mixed driver experience levels on circuit at all times.

By booking, participants acknowledge and accept that drivers of varying skill and experience will be on track simultaneously.

4. Safety & Briefings

  • Attendance at the mandatory safety briefing on the day is required for all drivers.
  • Helmets are compulsory for all drivers and passengers while on circuit.
  • Only one passenger per vehicle is permitted at any time.
  • All instructions from MSV officials, marshals, and Swift Performance staff must be followed.

5. Vehicle Condition & Noise Limits

  • All vehicles must be in a safe, mechanically sound condition.
  • Participants are solely responsible for ensuring their vehicle is suitable for track use.
  • All vehicles must comply with Bedford Autodrome noise limits.

Vehicles that fail noise testing or are deemed unsafe may be refused track access without refund.

6. Insurance & Risk

  • No insurance is provided by Swift Performance.
  • Participants are encouraged to arrange their own track day insurance if required.

All participants take part entirely at their own risk and must complete all MSV/MSVT sign-on procedures, waivers, and disclaimers on the day.

7. Garage / Workshop / Trade Bookings

This event is primarily intended for Swift Performance customers.

  • Anyone attending on behalf of a garage, workshop, parts supplier, or automotive business must email Swift Performance prior to booking for approval.
  • Trade bookings are subject to availability and approval at Swift Performance’s discretion.

Unapproved trade bookings may be cancelled and refunded or converted to store/workshop credit.

8. Conduct & Right of Refusal

Swift Performance and MSV reserve the right to refuse or withdraw track access for any participant or vehicle deemed unsafe, or to remove participants for dangerous, reckless, or antisocial behaviour.

Such actions may be taken without refund or compensation.

9. Tuition

Driver tuition will be available on the day on a first-come, first-served basis. Tuition availability is not guaranteed and is subject to instructor availability and track conditions.

10. Cancellations, Refunds & Transfers

  • If you are unable to attend, you must contact Swift Performance by email as soon as possible.
  • Cancellations within 48 hours of the event may not be eligible for a refund.
  • Tickets are non-transferable without prior written consent from Swift Performance.

Where applicable, cancellations may result in store or workshop credit, issued at Swift Performance’s discretion.

11. Photography & Media

Photography and video recording will take place throughout the event. By attending, you consent to the use of images and video featuring you and/or your vehicle for promotional, marketing, and social media purposes by Swift Performance.

If you wish to opt out, you must notify Swift Performance in writing prior to the event.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
