Swift Performance – Exclusive Track Day
Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to the Swift Performance Track Day held at Donington Park on 23 July 2026. By booking and/or attending this event, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

  1. Event Overview
    Event Date: 23/07/2026
    Event Format: Open pit lane
    Organiser: Swift Performance
    Venue: Donington Park Circuit

This is a private, customer-focused track day organised by Swift Performance.

  1. Ticket Prices
    Vehicle Entry: £599 per vehicle
    Additional Driver: £80 per additional driver (same vehicle)
    Passenger: £40 per passenger
    Garage: £80

All tickets are sold on a first come, first served basis and are subject to availability.

  1. Eligibility & Participation
    All drivers and passengers must be 18 years of age or older.
    All drivers must hold a full UK driving licence.

This event is intended for experienced drivers only and is not suitable for novice drivers.

By booking, participants acknowledge and accept that drivers of varying skill and experience will be on track simultaneously.

  1. Safety & Briefings
    Attendance at the mandatory safety briefing on the day is required for all drivers.

Helmets are compulsory for all drivers and passengers while on circuit.

Only one passenger per vehicle is permitted at any time.

All instructions from circuit officials, marshals, and Swift Performance staff must be followed at all times.

  1. Vehicle Condition & Noise
    All vehicles must be in a safe, mechanically sound condition.

Participants are solely responsible for ensuring their vehicle is suitable for track use.

This is an unsilenced event with no noise limit.

Vehicles that are deemed unsafe may be refused track access without refund.

  1. Insurance & Risk
    No insurance is provided by Swift Performance.

Participants are encouraged to arrange their own track day insurance if required.

All participants take part entirely at their own risk and must complete all required sign-on procedures, waivers, and disclaimers set by the circuit operator on the day.

  1. Business, Trade & Commercial Attendance
    This event is primarily intended for Swift Performance customers and private participants.

Any individual or company attending on behalf of a garage, workshop, parts supplier, media company, or automotive-related business must obtain prior written permission from Swift Performance before booking.

Unauthorised commercial attendance, promotion, or trading activity is not permitted.

Swift Performance reserves the right to refuse entry, cancel bookings, or remove any unauthorised business presence without refund.

  1. Conduct & Right of Refusal
    Swift Performance and the circuit operator reserve the right to refuse or withdraw track access for any participant or vehicle deemed unsafe.

Participants may be removed from the event for dangerous, reckless, or antisocial behaviour.

Such actions may be taken without refund or compensation.

  1. Tuition
    Driver tuition will be available on the day at an additional cost.

Tuition is subject to instructor availability and track conditions and is not guaranteed.

  1. Cancellations, Refunds & Transfers
    If you are unable to attend, you must contact Swift Performance by email as soon as possible.

Cancellations within 48 hours of the event may not be eligible for a refund.

Tickets are non-transferable without prior written consent from Swift Performance.

Where applicable, cancellations may result in store or workshop credit, issued at Swift Performance’s discretion.

  1. Photography & Media
    Photography and video recording will take place throughout the event.

By attending, you consent to the use of images and video featuring you and/or your vehicle for promotional, marketing, and social media purposes by Swift Performance and associated media partners.

If you wish to opt out, you must notify Swift Performance in writing prior to the event.

  1. Governing Law
    These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

By booking a ticket for this event, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions in full.
