Russell started his career within the BMW dealer network before continuing to co-found DMWorx in 2004. After 17 years Russell decided to pursue his passion for performance vehicles and establish Swift Performance with Tim in 2021. Russell is a true enthusiasts, if he isn’t in the workshop, he’s on the track!

Tim, originally a DMWorx customer who quickly became an employee and begun his career at DMWorx in 2005. After 14 years of working as a technician at DMWorx, Tim moved to a Japanese Performance Specialist to gain further experience as a workshop manager before perusing his ambition to set up his own business.
